Offering both remote and in-person psychotherapy for individuals and couples in Pasadena, CA

About Me

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT:160332) with a master's degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology.

I value bringing curiosity, creativity, and depth into the therapy room. My work is Internal Family Systems informed, I help clients explore the patterns and emotional layers beneath the surface—the parts that often feel confusing or hard to make sense of. I enjoy incorporating artistic and expressive strategies, such as drawing, painting, or visual meditation, to help access what can be hard to put into words.

I am LGBTQ-affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed, and I value therapy as a collaborative, human process. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to better understand themselves and grow in meaningful ways. I am available for individual and couple sessions, both in person and remote.

Supervised by Mona Valeriano, LCSW:27612

From a parts work perspective, I help individuals understand the inner protectors, co-dependencies, and fears that have shaped their lives. Together, we create space for curiosity, compassion, and lasting change from the inside out.

Individual Therapy

I work sex-positively with couples — including those who are ethically non-monogamous — to explore intimacy, desire, boundaries, and trust without shame. Whether you’re navigating jealousy, communication struggles, or feeling disconnected, we slow down and get curious about the patterns underneath so you can build a relationship that feels aligned and secure for everyone involved.
