In this approach, we take time to explore your inner world — your thoughts, feelings, memories, and unconscious patterns — to understand how they may be influencing your life today. By bringing these hidden dynamics into the open, we create space for new insight, healing, and meaningful change. This deeper self-understanding can help you feel more authentic, connected, and free in your relationships and in how you move through the world.
Art Therapy
Art can help us access emotions that feel difficult to name. I sometimes incorporate drawing, visual exploration, or creative exercises to gently connect with parts of you that don’t yet have words.
